We’ve heard from customers that having an end-to-end monitoring solution is among their top requirements for successfully managing XenApp and XenDesktop environments and today, a variety of options exist, either available from Citrix, our partners, or third-party vendors.  One important element when it comes to diagnosing issues when they may arise is the end-users’ perception of performance and how that factors into the overall process of troubleshooting, diagnostics, and ongoing monitoring of a Citrix environment.

Our Customer Experience team is holding a number of research studies over the next few months to hear from our customers, their end-users to understand what is important to them when it comes to  monitoring and management their virtual applications and desktops.

We’d like to invite you to be part of an opportunity to participate in number of research studies to share your story and provide us with feedback. Studies may include activities such as:

  • One-on-One Interview sessions:  One-on-one sessions between you and our Customer Experience team held over GoToMeeting.
  • Design Roundtables: Twice montly sessions provide feedback on designs in progress. Sessions range from 60 – 90 minutes in length.
  • Online or in-person focus groups: Provide feedback on variety of topics in a group discussion led by a Citrix facilitator.
  • On-site Visits: We come to you! Seeing people using our products in their own environment gives us a better understanding of how to make our products work better for you. Our small team will come to you to hear first-hand how you’re working with our products.

In all cases, we provide an honorarium as a thank you for your time and input.
