With the new Citrix CloudBridge 7.3 release, Citrix partners can now offer new benefits to their customers, including easier diagnosis of application delivery issues and reduction of WAN bandwidth demands with video-content staging at branches. CloudBridge is the solution to WAN optimization, cloud service delivery, and application visibility.
Available for download now, the CloudBridge 7.3 software release provides a number of new enhancements that will deliver better application visibility, simplified deployment at the branch, support for an additional application protocol and extended benefits of video caching.
Some highlights of the new CloudBridge 7.3 release include:
- Additional HDX Insight capabilities through integration with Citrix Insight Center. Like Citrix NetScaler, CloudBridge can help enterprise IT avoid playing the blame game when diagnosing application delivery problems.
- Extended Command Center to support auto-configuration of CloudBridge branch devices. This capability will significantly reduce the effort and expertise required at branch locations to deploy or upgrade hardware.
- For customers that have deployed or are planning to deploy Microsoft Exchange 2013, rest assured, CloudBridge 7.3 will continue to provide an optimized user experience with added support for the latest Exchange communication protocols.
- Customers can now stage video content at branch locations. This obviates the need for users to pull this content from internal and external web sources, therefore reducing WAN network demands.
