Citrix Education hosted the annual EMEA Citrix Certified Instructor (CCI) Congress in Madrid, Spain from July 8th-11th. The event enables CCIs from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to join their peers to learn about new Citrix products, increase their expertise with existing products, and to network with their peers.
The event also gives Citrix Education to recognize the top instructors in the community. Award winners from the event include:
Instructor of the Year Award
The CCI of the Year Award is issued to the instructor in each region who has demonstrated the best overall performance as measured by student satisfaction survey results. The winners of the 2013-2014 CCI of the Year awards are:
EMEA Overall – Daniel Wipperfürth
Central Europe – Markus Heinrich
Northern Europe – Rob Blincoe
Western Europe – Jacques Ecormier
Eastern Europe – Sergey Bacherikov
MEA – Praveen Leno
We also delivered our peer-nominated CCI Innovation award to recognize the instructor who delivers Citrix training in innovative ways, based on the following criteria:
• Transforming the learning experience: demonstrating inventive approaches to the new classroom experience model, sharing specific examples to how the new model – and your approach – have been successful in the classroom.
The winner of the award was Daniel Wipperfürth, and the runners-up were Martin Biström and Geoffrey Kurz.
The Collaboration Award is presented to an instructor who regularly partnered with Citrix Education to deliver an exceptional product, positively impacting the business. The winner of the 2013-2014 Collaboration Award is Mauricio Schäpers for his contributions to the Mobility curriculum.
Congratulations to all of our winners, and we’re already looking forward to EMEA CCI Congress 2015!
