Hello Citrix Community! Many of you know me as the readiness specialist who has worked on various trainings, videos and webinars around Citrix virtualization solutions. I recently accepted the position of Product Manager with the Product Insights and Analytics Team here at Citrix. For my first blog post as product manager, I have the privilege of announcing the rebranding of Citrix Predictive Support to Citrix Insight Services. As the offering continues to evolve to provide an even greater level of value for our customers, we have rebranded it as Citrix Insight Services.
