If you’re reading this, you probably know a thing or two about Citrix technologies. The next person who reads this? They probably know a thing or two as well.
Think it’s the same one or two things? We’re about to find out.
Citrix Education has nearly 15,000 followers on our various social media sites. From long-time certification holders to new students who just took their first XenDesktop class to curious bystanders, our followers represent a wide cross-section of the Citrix community. We’re consistently amazed by what this community knows and the ways you apply your knowledge to use your Citrix products innovatively.
Starting next week, we’re going to give you a chance to show off exactly what you know with the introduction of “The Light Bulb.” Why “The Light Bulb?” We not only want to give you a chance to collaborate with your colleagues, but to illuminate the community with your knowledge.
Every Wednesday, we’ll post a question about Citrix technologies to our community. They’ll be generated by internal Citrix subject matter experts and will cover the “What’s Hot” in the Citrix world. We’ll look to you to answer questions and discuss innovative ways you’ve solved similar challenges. These answers and discussions will give you the chance to showcase your smarts to Citrix users around the globe, and may also give you insight into how others are using their knowledge in a way that may help you in your environment.
We’ll cover a wide range of topics and products with our weekly questions, including XenApp, XenMobile, NetScaler, and XenDesktop.
Although the questions will be posted on social networks, we’ll encourage responses and discussions take place on Citrix Discussions. If you’d like to participate on Citrix Discussions, you’ll have to sign up for a Citrix.com account. It’s free to sign up, and takes just a minute.
The Light Bulb kicks off next Wednesday. First up – a XenMobile question!
