NVIDIA have just launched some super forums to support NVIDIA GRID technology users that you can find here: https://gridforums.nvidia.com/, the perfect place to find out more about vGPU for VMware and Citrix platforms!

Their solution architects and product managers are very active so it’s a great place to discuss issues, provide feedback and ask questions. Hopefully it will also provide a great community zone where you can discuss the specifics of deployments with other users and share your experiences!

We have a Citrix forum for discussing XenDesktop HDX 3D Pro and XenServer GPU technologies here: http://discussions.citrix.com/forum/523-gpu-technologies/ focused on the nitty-gritty of virtualisation but the NVIDIA forum with a strong focus on applications and their staff’s experience is shaping up a great alternative.

The NVIDIA forums cover:

  • all their vendors and GRID technologies including Citrix and VMware products and technologies such as XenApp GPU sharing, vGPU, GPU pass-through, vDGA, vSGA
  • the GRID boards and hardware technologies, how to monitor them
  • OEMs and servers such as IBM, Cisco, HP, Dell and Supermicro etc
  • Upcoming events and news
  • Jobs working for NVIDIA on GRID… anyone fancy becoming an NVIDIA Product Manager?

There’s also a lot of advice in our blogs (just search for vGPU or similar) and on some of our websites such as here.
