The past year was one of evolution for the Citrix channel as Tom Flink, vice president of worldwide channels and market development, laid out a roadmap for partner success through ambitious initiatives. These initiatives have bloomed and borne fruit, while garnering the attention of industry insiders like Channel Partners magazine.
In fact, Channel Partners magazine handpicked Tom as a 2013 Circle of Excellence channel leader.

Tom joined Citrix in his current role in 2007, having spent over 25 years in the industry and as Citrix channel partner himself. His experience in the channel as a systems integrator and value-added reseller brings his unique perspective and drive to a strategic roadmap for the Citrix partner program.
Tom’s vision is paving the way for greater transparency in the way we conduct business with our partners, simplification in the way we communicate and resolve issues, and greater partner enablement with the best in programs, services and processes. This vision has brought into being initiatives that strengthen the Citrix channel by giving partners the ability to drive more opportunity, expand their product portfolio and mutually grow with us.
These initiatives include a next-generation Citrix Solution Advisor program, Citrix Opportunity Registration, new solutions-based Citrix Certifications, a new sales enablement platform SalesIQ, the 2014 Citrix Summit, and the Citrix Partner Central portal.
