Citrix and Samsung announced XenMobile for KNOX at Mobile World Congress 2014 in Barcelona. Samsung KNOX is a secure implementation of Android that is preloaded on high end Samsung phones like the Note 3 and Tablets like the Galaxy NotePro. XenMobile for Knox provides the administration and management of KNOX  devices and implements policy controls that IT requires for BES placements. KNOX Features like Secure Boot and TrustZone plus an isolated container with secure email and browser are managed via XenMobile for KNOX and provide an integrated experience for the IT organization implementing Corporate Issued mobile devices.

In addition Citrix apps like Receiver ShareFile and GoToMeeting are validated to work inside the KNOX container.
Citrix and Samsung also collaborated to leverage Citrix Receiver to access hosted Virtual desktops and apps via Samsung KNOX devices. This works great with the Galaxy 5 and the Samsung SmartDock, simply dock the phone and and get full keyboard/mouse and a 1080P 24 in display. Similarly the 12.2 inch NotePro when used with the integrated keyboard case along with Receiver accessing XenDesktop provides a true Windows laptop replacement when needed  with the unique benefit of a huge Android Tablet running the latest mobile apps.
Citrix XenMobile for KNOX extends the Citrix strategy to provide the most comprehensive EMM ( Enterprise Mobility Management ) as well as enabling Mobile Workstyles with the best user experience. That includes getting work done on the coolest new devices from Samsung.
