Reminder! Make sure you meet program requirements by January 31.
In April 2013, Citrix announced new program benefits as well as refreshed certification and revenue requirements for Americas, EMEA and APAC partners in the Citrix Solution Advisor Program. You asked for greater differentiation and rewards associated with your Citrix investment and for the merit level achievement to be based on consistent, quantitative criteria, and we delivered.
If your organization has not met the new requirements, time is running out! The grace period ends January 31, 2014. Level adjustments will be effective February 1 for those who do not meet the requirements.
We have expanded the qualification criteria specific to the January 31, 2014 deadline to include sales from January 1, 2013 to January 31, 2014 and we will provide double credit for all Citrix XenMobile product sales during the same timeframe to provide partners with additional ways to reach the new requirements.
Both certification and sales requirements must be met to maintain your level, make sure you are receiving full credit for your sales and certification achievements by:
- Review your sales via Partner Dashboard
- Review your Advisor Rewards submissions and claim any recent orders
- Check your certification compliance via Partner Certification Manager
