Citrix is a great place to work for many reasons. Our employees have the opportunity to innovate and create amazing technologies. We get to work side by side intelligent and caring people who collaborate and share their ideas. Our flexible work hours give us the opportunity to balance our work and personal lives. And best of all, our culture is one that recognizes the importance of giving back to our communities.

As good corporate citizens, our employees have logged more than 100,000 volunteer hours in service to their local communities around the world. More than 200 nonprofit charitable organizations in 50 countries spanning 5 continents have been supported as a validation of our commitment to the community. Here’s what volunteering means to our employees in their own words.

Being a good corporate citizen is more important than ever today, as customers, employees, business partners, and even investors have higher expectations of the role business can play in helping to solve social problems. Here’s your chance to make a difference and impact lives.

After an intensive day of training at Summit, why not do something different, fun and meaningful! New this year, Simply Serve @ Summit invites our partners and employees to roll up their sleeves and open their hearts to those less fortunate.

Join us on Monday evening, January 13 from 6 pm to 9 pm for an on site volunteer activity supporting Stop Hunger Now, a global humanitarian aid organization.  We’ll be assembling highly nutritious meals for children and families in need all over the world. Once registered for Summit, you can sign up for 1 or more one-hour shifts by logging into your My Account Planning Tool and searching the Session Catalog for “SUM010: Simply Serve @ Summit”. Help us meet our goal of assembling 10,000 meals in 3 hours to alleviate hunger and end the cycle of poverty for the most vulnerable.

Thank you for your giving spirits and willingness to Simply Serve.  Learn more about our corporate citizenship efforts here and help us change the world!
