Citrix XenDesktop is the award winning solution for virtual desktop delivery and apps on demand. Our people-centric approach to computing enables mobile workstyles to increase productivity and simplifies management for IT. Citrix partners put the power of our solutions to work and help drive innovation throughout the business. While we have extensive partners who are successful in desktop virtualization, among other Citrix solutions, here is a sampling of three partners across the globe with exceptional achievements.

ePlus inc., a United States-based Citrix System Integrator and reseller, is already achieving notable success with the Partner Accelerator framework and has closed a number of deals, many involving thousands of seats. The Cisco VXI with XenDesktop solution is a differentiator that is ahead of the market. Through its simplicity, affordability and speed, the solution gives partners a competitive advantage. In one case, ePlus won a deal with a bank that had been struggling to find a virtual desktop solution for many months. By using the Partner Accelerator planning tools among other resources, ePlus can quickly provide a tailored proposal. Solve System, a Brazilian-based Gold Citrix Solution Advisor, implemented a $60 million private cloud project called “Nuvem USP” (Cloud USP) to enable the University of São Paulo (USP) to consolidate numerous “mini IT” installations across multiple campuses and strengthen security of valuable data and intellectual property. The university engaged Solve System, which had successfully completed prior networking and desktop virtualization projects, to undertake its groundbreaking private cloud implementation. Solve System has been honored as the Citrix 2012 Partner of the Year for Latin America and the Caribbean and was named 2012 Partner of the Year for Brazil for the highest total revenue generated through leveraging the Citrix sales model in Brazil. Their successful implementation with USP is also noteworthy of recognition as USP won the 2013 Citrix Innovation Award.

Olikka, an Australian-based Citrix System Integrator adds customer value by combining Citrix and Microsoft solutions, particularly in VDI. The company can help customers decide whether to transition to a centralized, virtualized desktop environment or find a mix of traditional and virtualized technologies. The company has also provided virtualization solutions to address classic customer challenges, such as how to accelerate the merger of an acquired company. For Lend Lease Group, an international real estate construction and management firm, Olikka designed a desktop virtualization environment featuring XenDesktop and NetScaler to expedite extension of the company’s standard operating environment (SOE) to Abigroup, a construction firm acquired in 2011. By delivering a virtual desktop to Abigroup staff, Olikka was able to shorten the operational merger transition time by two-thirds compared to local implementation of corporate apps and services, while reducing complexity and interruptions to users and the business.
