2013 has been a tremendous year for the Citrix hosted service provider business. Citrix recently announced the growth of the Citrix Service Provider partner program with over 2,600 worldwide partners offering hosted virtual desktops and applications. More and more small and medium businesses are turning to hosted desktops to relive the burden of IT management with anytime, anywhere access to information.
The cloud-hosted virtual desktop market has tremendous potential and continues to expand. Both traditional managed service providers and larger-scale white-label hosting partners are focusing on excellent customer service, unique technology alignment and business flexibility as hallmarks of successfully growing hosted desktop service providers.
To celebrate and honor service provider partners, the Citrix Service Provider (CSP) partner program is accepting nominations for the 2013 Citrix Service Provider Partner Awards, which recognize CSP partners and distributors who are successful in building and growing a hosted desktop service provider business. Winners will be announced at Citrix Summit 2014 in a special ceremony. The nomination deadline for the CSP awards is Friday, December 6.
There are three CSP award categories for 2013:
– Partner Visionary Award, recognizing achievement around a broad use of technologies, a diverse offering with supported versions of Citrix technologies, unique market influence and a thought leadership approach to expanding the adoption of hosted services.
– Marketing Excellence Award, honoring achievement and/or innovation around unique market focus and execution, demand generation, external communication activities, and customer satisfaction.
