The Citrix Ready Partner program is pleased to announce that in conjunction with our partner IBM, Citrix XenServer 6.2 has passed IBM’s certification criteria for “Ready for IBM DB2 Database Software” status. This has been achieved by a joint test and certification program within the Citrix Ready Test and Validation Labs, in conjunction with IBM to demonstrate that XenServer meets key IBM integration standards for DB2 database software.
“The Ready for IBM DB2 database software mark program identifies selected IBM Business Partner products software applications and operating systems interacting with DB2 at a higher or lower level that are tested for integration with DB2 database software information management solutions.”
Citrix XenServer 6.2 is now a “Validated Solution” as part of IBM’s “Ready for Validation Program”. The full XenServer validation details can be found here (IBM Site).
