“Partner Success starts with the Inside Channel Rep (ICR) team. We are the first point of contact for anything partner-related, and believe that a happy partner is a successful partner, ” says Jessica Biela, the ICR for the US West Area “The ICR Team, as a resource, strengthens the alignment between Citrix and channel partners. They highlight Citrix messaging, marketing ideas, sales tools, and promotions, resulting in partner productivity.”
Jessica and her teammates onboard new partners, enabling them with the tools they need to get started selling Citrix solutions. They provide hands-on assistance with incentive registrations, programs, certifications, and guidance of resources available in Partner Central. In addition, the team assists Channel Development Managers (CDM) to manage the partner community in their respective territories. The team is also the liaison to the sales team.
Jessica Biela was recently recognized as MVP by the Citrix Sales Team and joined them at Presidents Club 2013 in Hawaii.
