Forbes magazine recently published a contributed article by Citrix Executive Sameer Dholakia as part of the BrandVoice program that has generated nearly 2,000 views and multiple Twitter conversations. Sameer presented three steps for building a private cloud: assessing the workloads that are important to the business, including traditional applications; designing a cloud that can accommodate diverse workloads (cloud-ready and traditional); and recognizing the differences in hardware infrastructure strategies between public clouds such as Amazon Web Services and enterprise clouds.
