In a span of 2 days and 2 schools in this past week, Citrites volunteered with Junior Achievement (JA) of Northern California for a” JA Day” – teaching young elementary kids the value of financial literacy. Junior Achievement empowers young people to own their economic success.
Being in Silicon Valley, there are many companies that want to give back to the community and Citrix is of course part of it. Anybody can be a JA volunteer. You don’t have to be a teacher, but you do have to have the passion to make a difference – especially with children from low-socioeconomic status households. Citrites definitely helped young kids this past week and we are proud that we were able to help and use our Citrix Volunteer day for such a great cause. Here are some pics from one of the “JA Day” events!
