Partner Central made its debut on February 28 when it launched and My Citrix was retired.  The site has a new, fresh design and incorporates partner feedback that helped shape it with an improved web experience.  Citrix introduced the new site to address our partners’ needs, better enable them and provide a private portal that delivers the content they want and scalability to add new, robust content as our solutions, products and resources expand.

Partner Central is easy to use, intuitive and partners still have access to the same tools and content they had before with My Citrix. Plus, the same username and password still work.  Partners can find useful content directly from the home page including announcements from Citrix and the industry, links to popular resources and links to what’s new. Additionally, tools have been integrated within each main section: training and certification, sales, marketing, licensing and renewals and support. Partners can conduct activities such as:

  • Reviewing product pricing, new sales promotions and trainings
  • Managing customer renewals, products, Advisor Rewards and leads
  • Accessing partner notification documents, Key Play campaign materials and product sales kits
