Yes, that’s right, office hours!  It seems we have plenty of innovative partners and customers who are trying to do something unique with VDI-in-a-Box or they want to know more about some of its underpinnings.  Well, that’s now possible.  Starting February 27th, we are providing office hours where you can ask VDI-in-a-Box experts about any problems you are facing or ask detailed questions that you may have.  But there’s more … below is a whole list of our outreach programs that you can leverage:

  1. Free, on-site training for VDI-in-a-Box Partners, March 7 and 8th in Santa Clara, CA.  VDI-in-a-Box’s Product and Support teams will be providing deep-dive training consisting of an overview, how to demo and sell as well as detailed technical training ending with a hands on lab.  Those of you who come for the on-site training will have a chance to meet with the Product and Support teams, schedule 1:1 sessions to address specific needs and get answers to pressing product questions and meet with everyone during our social hours.  For details see:
  2. TechTalk webinar series on VDI-in-a-Box, Wednesdays at 8:30 – 9:30am (PST).  These are 1-hour long webinars on VDI-in-a-Box topics ranging from how to sell VDI-in-a-Box, product overview, understanding architecture, to disaster recovery and best practices.  For a list of the topics for each week and registration, please see:  The first session starts on February 27th.
  3. VDI-in-a-Box Office Hours, Wednesdays at 9:30 – 10:30am (PST).  The Techtalk Webinar is followed by a 1-hour office hour session.  This is open to all partners and is first come first served.   We will have our VDI-in-a-Box experts on-line to answer your questions about VDI-in-a-Box and help address your needs. Please see for details on how to sign up for office hours. Sign-up once and join us every Wednesday at the same time or only when needed.
  4. Snackable videos.  I don’t know if you are aware of this but we have tried to create a “one stop shop” for all of your VDI-in-a-Box resource needs.  Go to and you’ll find a page with detailed information.   We have the server-sizing calculator so that you can determine what type, size and number of servers you will need. You will also find an ROI calculator to determine how much you can save before you even get started.  All the key reference manuals and startup guides are available there too.  And of course, we have around 40 “snackable” videos each lasting 3-5 minutes and covering just about every aspect of VDI-in-a-Box.

I hope these resources and events are useful.  As you attend them, we would love to get your feedback on topics you are interested in covering and how to make these sessions fit your needs.
