I am delighted to announce the start of a new series of monthly webinars from Citrix Technical Support. The aim of this monthly webinar is to share the tips, tricks and hidden secrets our support guys use on a daily basis when helping our customers.

Each month we will pick a subject that is hot with the support dept, like a hot/common issue, new Citrix product or tools that make troubleshooting much easier.

To kick off the webinar series we start with the following topic: Troubleshooting Tools – How to isolate and resolve issues in your XenApp & XenDesktop environment more rapidly.

This troubleshooting tools webinar will cover how to quickly define and troubleshoot problems in your Citrix XenApp and Citrix XenDesktop environment.  We will look at various tools offered by Citrix to help identify, analyze and resolve the most common problems observed by Citrix Technical Support engineers.

– How to troubleshoot and isolate connectivity/policies/session sharing issues
– How to use Citrix XDPing tool to troubleshoot
– How to use Citrix Quick Launch tool to troubleshoot
– How to use Scout for Citrix XenApp and Citrix XenDesktop

The webinar takes place on Thursday, 29th November 2012.  Depending on the success of the first webinar, we may adjust the time offered.
