Over the next couple of weeks I will be working with my team to plan out the Citrix Support social/blogging plan for the year. As many of you know I (along with my colleague Stephanie) run the Citrix Support Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Blog sites. This is in addition to my own Twitter account @CitrixReadiness which I have been running for many years now.
