As the Managing Director of Citrix Education, connecting directly with customers and partners is very important to me. These connections help me ensure my team is focused on the learning solutions that have the biggest impact in the field. This year, I focused my efforts on getting more face time with customers and partners around the globe. This included a whirlwind tour throughout Europe and Asia Pacific, with stops along the way in Ireland, the UK, Australia, Japan and India just to name a few. These trips are always invaluable learning experiences as I get to hear first-hand our customers’ and partners’ thoughts and needs regarding Citrix training and certification.

They also give me an opportunity to share our current offerings as well as our development roadmap. Now that I’m back home in Florida, I believe blogging will be a great way to keep this dialogue going. I’m looking forward to using this channel to share what’s happening in Citrix Education and hope that in return, I’ll hear from you about what we’re doing well and what we could be doing better or differently.
