Morning everyone!

To those of us here at Summit, I hope you’re all feeling fine and dandy after last night’s Partner Appreciation Party!  It was a fun evening with great live music and more food than any of us could eat.  The torrential rain may have stopped any of us heading into the city afterwards but the atmosphere at the Hilton Diagonal Mar bar afterwards was fantastic, so great to see so many partners and Citrites from across the globe catching up.

I’m planning to take in some of today’s sessions and head to the Partner Information Centre shortly – which I understand was super busy yesterday with various demonstrations yesterday – but in the meantime, I’ve just had a quick look on Citrix TV and as usual, the team are very quickly uploading a lot of content.

Here’s a quick summary of some useful links:

  • The Summit keynote – http://www.citrix.com/tv/#videos/4734 (I’m guessing in time this will also be uploaded as individual chunks for each speaker so keep an eye out.  And, everyone must watch the amazing Spanish dancers who kicked off the keynote)
  • Extracted from the Keynote, this is our Citrix VDI-in-a-Box demonstration – http://www.citrix.com/tv/#videos/4715
  • Cool overview from Fred Donovan and Brian Sheppard about how Synergy is being powered by a single infrastructure using Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix Receiver – http://www.citrix.com/tv/#videos/4722

Also, don’t forget to visit the BYO booth outside the Solutions Expo Hall to see how BYO allows employees to access corporate desktops, applications and data on any device. Much like Brad showed us in yesterday’s keynote, you’ll be able to use a variety of smartphone and tablet devices to connect to Citrix resources hosted on XenApp 6.5 and XenDesktop 5.5. Also, be sure to stop by to receive your free Dilbert T-shirt and enter to win one of the latest mobile devices from Samsung, BlackBerry® or Motorola!  Thanks to Samsung and RIM for sponsoring the BYO booth!

Enjoy the breakouts – also being uploaded to Citrix TV – and I’ll be back with more updates soon 🙂
