At Synergy Barcelona later this month Citrix Support will be running a series of Usability studies on the highly anticipated Tools as a Service (TaaS) initiative.

What is TaaS?
Citrix TaaS is a new initiative from Citrix Support, focused on making the support of your Citrix environments as easy as possible.  It features tools and online auto-analysis capabilities that will help customers collect environment information, analyze that information and receive tailored recommendations based on their Citrix environment and configuration. Citrix TaaS will be publically available during Q4 2011.

During this usability study, you will explore the new Citrix TaaS sites for XenDesktop, XenServer and/or NetScaler and provide comments to the Citrix TaaS team. The study will take about 20 minutes.
