One of our initiatives is to increase the ability of our Partners and Customers to leverage self-service avenues for finding answers and resolving problems. Following on from my recent posts about the SsOnExpert Tool, Citrix Printing Tool, Citrix Quick Launch Tool, Citrix Logoff Sessions Tool, MedEvac Tool, XDPingand CDFMarker another excellent tool from Citrix Support is UPM Log Parser.

UPM Log Parser is a small utility designed to help analyzing the log files generated by Citrix Profile Manager.

Frederic Serriere has recorded a video where he introduces the UPM Log Parser tool, giving examples of use cases as well as a demonstration.
