And since you asked, I assume at one time or another you’ve also asked one or more of these questions too:

  1. How is it that XenServer continuously outperforms all other hypervisors?
  2. Is it possible to meet the guys who test the capabilities of XenServer, XenApp and XenDesktop and ask them questions?
  3. Am I really getting everything I possibly can out of my Citrix environment?
  4. Am I using the same best practices that Citrix does and why are they considered best?

If you’ve ever wanted to know the answers to these questions or hoped to have a peek behind the curtain, so to speak, to see what goes on in those Citrix test labs, well here’s your chance. For some time now, I’ve written about our performance and scalability testing in my Citrix blog here. Now we can meet face to face and explore the mysteries of performance and scalability testing together. OK, so there isn’t nearly this much drama involved, but be honest now, you really would like to know more about how we actually come up with the numbers that we do and learn what you it is you can do to get the same results. Uh, huh. Thought so.

So, the breakout session you don’t want to miss is “SYN206-Turning up the XenDesktop and XenApp Volume to 11-with XenServer”.

When: Wednesday May 12 at 9:00AM

Where: Moscone West Convention Center – Moscone 2003-2005

See you there. And don’t forget to bring your questions along with your iPad, laptop, netbook, PDA or other wireless device you may have with you. Why is that? Well, now there’s another reason why this is a session you shouldn’t miss .
