Issue(s) Resolved in this Hotfix

1. When booting PVS target device from a vdisk greater than 32GB, the target device displays “Invalid Boot sector” error.

2. Active PVS clients may freeze when the connection of PVS server to PVS database is lost (PVS hotfix 7715).The symptom is caused by StreamProcess unnecessarily updating the license status in DB on every heartbeat of a client. It only needs to access the DB on client’s heartbeat when the license status changes.
