Chris Hylen joined Citrix in July 2013 as SVP & GM of Mobility Apps. When the GoTo business is spun off into an independent public company in late 2016, Chris will serve as CEO of the new company.
Chris has more than 20 years of experience as a senior leader building successful, innovative growth businesses. He has a deep understanding of small and mid-sized business customers, having spent most of his career developing software-as-a-service offerings for the SMB market. Chris has worked for large companies such as American Express and ADP, as well as for start-ups such as stamps.com and business.com. Before joining Citrix, Chris led the Intuit Payment Solutions Group, where he successfully navigated the business through a rapidly changing payments industry with new entrants, technology and business models.
Chris is passionate about growing successful, innovative organizations that deliver results for employees, customers and shareholders alike. At Citrix, his leadership has resulted in strong outcomes including improved innovation, product quality, and customer satisfaction. While at Intuit, he drove the successful development of several innovative products and services, including the launch of the company’s first mobile credit card processing solution.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Widener University and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School.
