Community Outreach Programs

The Programs, Committees and Volunteerism That Make a Difference

Citrix’s Corporate Citizenship community outreach programs focus on helping families in need while supporting organizations and projects that promote better access to educational, environmental and technological opportunities.

Corporate Giving Programs

Citrix’s Corporate Giving Program is committed to increasing opportunities and improving the quality of life in our communities, both locally and globally. Citrix contributes to many educational and charitable organizations. Donations are made to non-profit, non-religious, and non-political organizations with an emphasis on diversity and globalization. These organizations are championed by Citrix employees and provide many volunteer opportunities. Please review our list of organizations supported by the corporate giving program.

Volunteer Day

Citrix employees receive two paid days per calendar year to volunteer at the non-profit organization of their choice that makes the most personal impact and the best use of their time, knowledge and skills. One paid volunteer day is used as part of a global team building program called the Global Day of Impact.

Employee Match Program

Citrix’s Employee Match Program enables full-time employees to donate to a qualified charity of their choice. Citrix will match up to $1,000 per employee per year in donations to the employee’s designated charity.

Product Donations and Special Pricing

Citrix is very generous in its product donations and has a detailed process in place to ensure that these donations are in synergy with Citrix’s mission and vision for charitable contributions. We partner with Tech Soup to offer Citrix products to non-profits around the world. In addition, qualified non-profit organizations may be eligible to receive a 40% discount on Citrix software.

Corporate Citizenship Advisory Council and Champions

Through Citrix’s Corporate Citizenship Advisory Council and virtual champions, full-time employees can recommend qualified charities that are supported by corporate budget dollars.
