Thomas Hogan, 59, was elected to the board in December 2018. Mr. Hogan has been involved in enterprise software for over three decades.
He served as President of North America and a Member of the Executive Committee of Temenos from September 2019 through February 2020. Mr. Hogan served as chairman and CEO at Kony, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Temenos in September 2019. Before joining Kony, Mr. Hogan served as executive vice president of Software at HP, with responsibility for all software functions, including sales, marketing, engineering, product development, operations, and technical support. Prior to joining HP, he served as the president and CEO of Vignette, a publicly held software company specializing in enterprise content management. He also held key leadership roles at Siebel Software, where he helped quadruple total revenues as senior vice president of Global Sales and Operations, and IBM, where he started his career and held a variety of executive posts.
Mr. Hogan holds a master’s degree in management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, graduating with distinction with concentrations in finance, international business, and organizational behavior. He also holds a bachelor of science in biomedical engineering from the University of Illinois.
For Citrix, he serves on the audit committee, and the board of directors has determined that Hogan is “independent” within the meaning of the Company’s director independence standards and the director independence standards of The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC.
