In this example, we leverage a Microsoft Hyper-V image to stream the Windows 7 operating system to the endpoint. This proves the power of one by also having one image for hosted and local desktops. It extends cost savings of single image desktop management to land-based thin clients and standardized PCs. Only XenDesktop can host both virtual desktops and stream them to the endpoint devices, providing IT with additional flexibility for centralizing desktops.
