The Canon Lite driver has been designed for use with Canon printers in a Citrix and other thin client network environments. It has a small memory footprint, network optimisation and scalability.

It provides functionality for the most common printing requirements and contains operational features for administration of printing restrictions. Finishing features such as stapling, hole punch, booklet printing and tray selection are supported in this driver.

If your Citrix environment uses Auto Creation for printers then due to its small footprint the Lite driver is strongly recommended to be used. A trial version of the Lite driver is available to download however the full Lite driver is chargeable. Please contact your local Canon representative for further details.
