Client Communication Agent poll The Client Communication Agent (CCA) uploads event data from managed desktops to the AppSense Management Server, it also downloads configurations and software updates.

Variable Poll Periods AppSense Management Center allows a polling period to be configured for a given deployment group. Polling periods of individual endpoints in the deployment group are effectively synchronized, which can result in peaks of network traffic with large deployments.

Configuration Installation Schedule Deployment of configurations can be scheduled immediately, at startup, synchronized to the agent or according to a schedule.

Package naming enhancements The package management interface within the AppSense Management Center has been improved with support for package renaming and property editing, as well as, visual and usability enhancements.

User interface refresh AppSense Management Center 8.3 user interface has undergone a visual refresh with a focus on ensuring a user friendly and effective experience.
