Effective February 20th, 2013, customers purchasing the Citrix Mobile Solutions Bundle perpetual licenses can receive an equivalent number of Citrix ShareFile Enterprise perpetual licenses (enables customers to store data on-premises) at no additional cost. Customers who take advantage of this offer will enjoy the ShareFile follow-me data capabilities including secure data sync and share, in addition to the device and application management features in their Mobile Solutions Bundle.

Citrix Mobile Solutions Bundle customers will receive ShareFile Enterprise Perpetual licenses that will allow them to store corporate data on-premises. Customers can also use Citrix-managed StorageZones (the cloud-based storage option) by purchasing storage packs on an annual subscription basis at standard SRP.

• The number of ShareFile Enterprise 0 GB perpetual licenses offered at no additional cost cannot exceed the number of Mobile Solutions Bundle perpetual licenses purchased
• Customers must purchase Mobile Solutions Bundle - Software Maintenance for the first year
• Customers must purchase ShareFile Software Maintenance for the first year of the service
• Citrix reserves the right to replace/update the product subject to this promotion
• The promotion is valid through June 30, 2013, unless sooner terminated by Citrix in its sole discretion, and cannot be combined with any other existing promotion
• In the event Citrix replaces/updates the product or terminates the promotion, Citrix is not required to provide notice
• The promotion does not address or cover tax or duty implications
