Citrix Solution Advisor
Citrix Solution Advisors (CSAs) serve as trusted advisors in planning application delivery strategies and helping customers acquire, build, and support application delivery solutions. A CSA may be a reseller or consultant who influences and/or resells Citrix products among others.There are three program levels:
- Solution Advisor Platinum - Designed for CSAs who have built their business on application delivery infrastructure and demonstrated the highest degree of expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end Citrix solutions. This program level is granted by invitation only.
- Solution Advisor Gold - Designed for CSAs who have built a core business offering on application delivery infrastructure and have demonstrated expertise on Citrix products to deliver a set of solutions to customers.
- Solution Advisor Silver - Designed for CSAs who supplement their business offerings by adding Citrix products to their portfolio of solutions.
System Integrator
System Integrators (SIs) offer consultation to customers by advising them on solutions and making recommendations for specific Citrix products to meet customer needs. An SI may also host outsourced applications using Citrix products.
