(NASDAQ:CTXS) today announced the results of a research report by Enterprise Management Associates (EMA), “Customer Satisfaction with Application Delivery Controller Vendors.”  The comprehensive report details the results of primary market research in which more than 450 IT professionals were surveyed to gauge their satisfaction with leading application delivery controller (ADC) vendors.  Citrix emerged as the clear leader in customer satisfaction over F5 Networks and Cisco Systems, scoring highest in 16 of 21 categories, including best overall satisfaction.

• EMA conducted a comprehensive evaluation of satisfaction across all phases of the customer engagement lifecycle: sales and pre-deployment, product deployment, support and training, business value and overall satisfaction
• The survey results showed Citrix® NetScaler™ ranked #1 in customer satisfaction by professionals across a broad range of categories when compared against F5 and Cisco, winning 16 of 21 categories.

• In assessing the business value aspects of their ADC solution, customers clearly named Citrix as the leader in overall satisfaction, specifically stating the company offered the greatest return on investment and investment protection, when compared to F5 and Cisco.
• The survey was conducted in December 2009 and focused on IT professionals across a broad range of industries, company size and titles who had experience with more than one vendor, and had used the products for more than six months.
