The Education License Program makes it simple and affordable for educational institutions to leverage Citrix products broadly throughout their organizations. The program is available to educational institutions; note that publicly funded educational institutions in EMEA and Brazil may use the Government and Government Education License Agreement Program (GELA) instead.

Campus-Wide Option is available for XenDesktop. The Campus-Wide Option lets you save even more on a XenDesktop purchase while providing every student with unlimited, anywhere, any device access. Annual subscription pricing is based on a specific full-time equivalent (FTE) student count and must cover 100% of students in the participating school(s) or department(s). Faculty and staff may also be included under the FTE count.
Unlimited use Campus-Wide - Licensed users can access Citrix XenDesktop in the classroom, in laboratories, from home, from their dormitory or anywhere else on campus, from any device.
Work at home rights - Unlimited work at home rights, including the use of a personally owned computer for school-related purposes, can be provided to licensed users at no extra license charge.
Simpler product acquisition and compliance - While your license is based on the initial FTE student count and optional FTE faculty/staff count you report, new users subsequently added to the licensed school(s) or departments(s) are licensed to use the software during the subscription year at no additional cost.

Citrix Subscription Advantage Program membership gives you a convenient, predictable way to keep your Citrix products up-to-date by letting you download the latest product versions upgrades at any time at no additional cost. The first year of membership is included with the purchase of eligible Citrix products and can be renewed thereafter.
Citrix Appliance Maintenance Program gives you a convenient, predictable way to keep your Citrix products up-to-date by letting you download the latest product version upgrades at any time. Additionally, the Appliance Maintenance Program grants you access to Citrix Technical Support department to diagnose and resolve any issues encountered with an appliance as well as have the right to return a defective appliance-subject to the limited warranty set forth in the maintenance program.
