The Citrix Customer Advisory Community is a private community of 400 global Citrix customers who serve as virtual advisors, sharing their perspectives and opinions with Citrix in an online forum. Customer Advisory Community members span more than 30 countries and represent a broad cross-section of industries and organizations.

Unlike technical support forums, the Customer Advisory Community offers members the opportunity to provide strategic feedback to Citrix on a wide range of topics, including Citrix product and service offerings and technology industry trends.

Citrix Customer Advisory Community members have the ability to:

• Provide insight into their organization’s needs and challenges
• Share their thoughts on a variety of technology industry topics
• Learn early on about new Citrix initiatives and influence their direction
• Interact and network with their peers in a private, online forum
• Receive periodic rewards in exchange for their participation (if their organization’s policies allow)

Customers selected to participate in the Citrix Customer Advisory Community are asked to complete a click-through Non-Disclosure Agreement, create an account, and then log in and contribute their thoughts (via online discussions, surveys, bulletin boards, etc.) an average of 5-15 minutes per week.

Twice a year, the Customer Advisory Community has a limited number of openings in the program for new members.  To be considered for the community during the next member refresh cycle, please complete the brief request for your contact information.  When new seats become available in the community, you will receive a formal application for the program. Your contact information will not be used for any other purpose.  

Please note that the Customer Advisory Community is conducted in English only. Citrix partners with Communispace Corporation, a professional community management firm, to host and moderate the online advisory community.
