Access SAP Anywhere on Any Device
Citrix XenApp enables users to access SAP applications from anywhere, using any device. These applications appear to run locally on the end-user device but, in reality, execute and run on the server. Thus, local variables, such as a device’s age, power, memory, and operating system, are no longer critical performance factors. And XenApp utilizes a proprietary network protocol for communications that provides a high-quality SAP user experience across a connection, with as little as 10 – 25 Kbps of bandwidth per user.
SAP Portal integration
Citrix works closely with SAP to ensure that the SAP Enterprise Portal iView seamlessly integrates with XenApp, further simplifying SAP application deployments. The SAP iView for Citrix has been developed for SAP Enterprise Portal 6.0 by Citrix Consulting Solutions with the support of SAP engineering.
