ComTrade’s Management Pack for Citrix CloudPortal Services Manager enables you to deeply understand the dependencies and connections between the Request Queue and Pro­visioning Engine, the core component of CloudPortal Services Manager. Further on it is able to monitor Web Services, such as Citrix, Lync, and Exchange Web Service. With the topology view feature, you are able to see all those components from within System Center Opera­tions Manager, logically grouped. The discovered objects are: Web Server, Provisioning Engine, Directory Web Services, Web Service Collections (groups of related web services), each specific Web Service (e.g. MySQL, Lync, SharePoint, etc.), and customer/reseller hierarchy with customer specific services.
