The latest plug-ins are supported on the following Operating Systems:

  • Windows Server 2000
  • Windows Server 2003
  • Windows Server 2008
  • Windows XP
  • Windows Vista

If required to install the Citrix Password Manager Plug-in onto a Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 computer you must first install the updated C Run-Time Libraries available below or on the product media.

Note: The Citrix Password Manager Plug-in installation will stop if the updated C Run-time Libraries are not detected.

On 32-bit operating systems, you must install:

  1. vcredist_x86.exe

On 64-bit operating systems, you must install:

  1. vcredist_x86.exe
  2. vcredist_x64.exe
