Single Sign-on 5.0 Plug-in Prerequisites

When using the optional Citrix Single Sign-on services, you may need to install  C Run-Time Libraries (available below or on the product media).  

The VC 9 C Runtimes are now installed automatically.  The VC8 runtimes are required for agent interaction with the SSO Services (which are optional, please refer to the documentation).  If VC8 runtimes are not installed, it will not prevent the agent installation, since the agent will otherwise work normally without them.
