+I have HDX Ready products in the Citrix Ready Xchange Marketplace today. What are the steps I need to follow to ensure my devices are listed correctly as
         "HDX Ready" and "HDX Ready Premium"?

Products that are currently listed as HDX Ready will continue to be listed as HDX Ready in the new program until October 15, 2012.

If you would like to have your product continue to be listed as "HDX Ready" after October 15, 2012, please complete the following steps:
1. Download the new test kit for "HDX Ready" in mid-July.
2. Verify that your device passes all of the mandatory requirements in the "HDX Ready" test kit.
3. Email the results to citrixready@citrix.com before October 15, 2012.
4. For this transition period only, you will not need to send Citrix a device for Citrix verification. Please note that Citrix will be conducting spot audits to validate submissions for compliance with the new "HDX Ready" requirements. In the event that your device has been selected for an audit, Citrix will contact you with instructions.

If you would like to have your product listed as "HDX Ready Premium", please complete the following steps:
1. Download the new test kit for "HDX Ready Premium" in mid-July.
2. Verify that your device passes all of the mandatory requirements in the "HDX Ready Premium" test kit.
3. Email the results to citrixready@citrix.com
4. You will need to send Citrix a device for Citrix verification unless Citrix Ready already has your device. Citrix Ready will provide instructions after receiving your email from step #3 with results for "HDX Ready Premium".

+ Will Citrix Ready reclassify an existing HDX Ready device if I do not respond with verification results by October 15, 2012?

Citrix Ready will reclassify your device as Citrix Ready if we don't hear from you or if your device fails to pass the HDX Ready requirements. The device page on Citrix Ready catalog will display that the device was HDX Ready for older versions of XenDesktop, XenApp, and/or VDI-in-a-Box releases.

+I will be releasing a new product that I would like to verify as "HDX Ready" or "HDX Ready Premium". What steps should I follow?

With a brand new device, Citrix Ready recommends that you verify with the new "HDX Ready" or "HDX Ready Premium" test kit available mid-July. If you have questions or concerns, contact citrixready@citrix.com.

+When will Citrix Ready release the new "HDX Ready" and "HDX Ready Premium" test kits?

Citrix Ready is targeting mid-July to release the new "HDX Ready" and "HDX Ready Premium". The new test kits will be available on the Citrix Ready verification test kit page.

+Will a "HDX Ready Premium" product show up on the Citrix Ready Xchange Marketplace for HDX Ready products?

"HDX Ready Premium" products are a superset of "HDX Ready" products and a search for "HDX Ready" generically will return both "HDX Ready" and "HDX Ready Premium" products. The Citrix Ready Xchange Marketplace facet map will have the option to search granularly for "Knowledge Worker", which is HDX Ready, or "Power User", which is HDX Ready Premium.

+Will the requirements and test kits to gain "HDX Ready" verification continue to evolve over time with each new release of XenDesktop, XenApp, and VDI-in-a-Box
          and should I expect to revalidate my devices at least once a year?

Yes. Citrix will continue to update the "HDX Ready" verification requirements to include the new HDX functionalities found in the latest versions of Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, and VDI-in-a-Box. And with the updates, you will receive instructions on revalidating your current devices to meet future "HDX Ready" requirements. Citrix Ready is adopting this policy to maintain high customer satisfaction with devices found in the Citrix Ready catalog. The updates ensure that customers looking for devices on the Citrix Ready Xchange Marketplace will be able to identify the devices compatible with the latest Citrix releases and functionalities.

+Why will older HDX Ready products, which have not been verified to meet the new "HDX Ready" or "HDX Ready Premium" requirements, no longer show up
          as HDX Ready on the Citrix Ready Xchange Marketplace?

To simplify the decision making process for customers, the Citrix Ready Xchange Marketplace results for HDX Ready will now only return HDX Ready devices that are verified to meet the requirements of the latest "HDX Ready" or "HDX Ready Premium" test kits. The device page on Citrix Ready Xchange Marketplace will continue to display that the device was HDX Ready for older versions of XenDesktop, XenApp, and/or VDI-in-a-Box releases.

+Are there any changes to the Citrix Ready verification process?

The Citrix Ready verification process will remain unchanged.
