Nanci Caldwell has served as a director of the Company since July 2008. Ms. Caldwell is a highly experienced executive in the IT industry with a proven track record in marketing, sales and general management.

Since 2005, Ms. Caldwell has served as a member of a number of Boards of technology companies and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Deltek, Inc., a publicly traded enterprise management software company, and on the Board of Directors of Tibco Software Inc., a publicly traded leading business integration and process management software company.

During 2005 and 2006, Ms. Caldwell worked as a project based technology consultant.  From April 2001 until it was acquired by Oracle Corporation in December 2004, Ms. Caldwell was Executive Vice President and CMO for PeopleSoft. In that role, Ms. Caldwell was responsible for all aspects of marketing including corporate, product, industry, service, support and field.  Prior to joining PeopleSoft in 2001, Ms. Caldwell spent 19 years at HP where she held a number of senior management positions including VP and Group Marketing Manager, Global Services; VP and General Manager, North America Enterprise Computing Sales Organization; VP Enterprise Marketing and Global Sales Programs; VP and General Manager, HP Canada.

Ms. Caldwell is a member of the Board of Directors of Deltek Systems, Inc., Tibco Software Inc., LiveOps, Inc. and Sophos Plc. Ms. Caldwell was also a member of the Board of Directors of Hyperion Solutions and Network General.

Ms. Caldwell is a graduate of Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada.

Ms. Caldwell is a member of the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. The Board of Directors has determined that Ms. Caldwell is “independent” within the meaning of the Company’s director independence standards and the director independence standards of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.
