- User and device trouble-shooters A result of customer collaboration in the design process, the new EdgeSight user interface dramatically simplifies the process of finding the causes of poor application performance. Starting with the user or device name, EdgeSight returns all of the granular session, application and system data to enable fast identification of the time and the resources with which the user experienced an issue. Now, when IT gets asked What happened? the answer is only a few mouse clicks away.
- Real-time farm visibility EdgeSight seamlessly integrates into the farm structure that the Citrix XenApp administrator has established providing immediate visibility to problematic areas across the XenApp environment. Detailed session, system, process and network information are easy to access through simple drill downs and breadcrumb navigation.
- ICA channel performance information Building on the deep integration with the XenApp platform, EdgeSight for XenApp again extends the breadth and depth of problem solving information available to the XenApp administrator by displaying the volume of information within each of the virtual channels that constitute ICA. For each user session, administrators can now identify whether printing, video or audio traffic are contributing to a poor application experience.
