• Exclusive Rewards - Additional program benefits, including membership in the exclusive Citrix Executive Program and a rich online portal for agreement management, reward customers for making a strategic investment in Citrix.

The initial Citrix Enterprise License Program qualifying purchase, which establishes your discount level, can include any combination of eligible Citrix Delivery Center products. Minimum qualifying purchases vary by geographic region. Once your initial order is received and your program level is determined, your discount and additional benefits apply for 3 years from the initial purchase order date. During this period, your Enterprise License Program discount applies to any eligible product purchase, including all of Citrix’s leading application virtualization, desktop virtualization, server virtualization and networking products.  

The program also rewards customers for continued investment by offering flexible upgrade and renewal options. Through the new PlusOne upgrade option, customers can move up one discount level at any point during their agreement term at a reduced order minimum. The program also allows customers to increase or extend their discount for an additional 2 years with a qualifying PlusOne upgrade or renewal order.

The Citrix Enterprise License Program is easy to administer and grows with your company. The Web-based program registration can be handled by your Solution Advisor.

Ordering and Fulfillment
As part of our mission to make doing business with Citrix easier, we streamlined the ordering and fulfillment process so that you receive your licenses quickly and simply. Rely on your Citrix Solution Advisor to answer questions and provide assistance every step of the way.

1. Register—Before purchasing your Citrix products, you must receive a customer ID and register for the Enterprise License program on My Citrix, the personalized section of the Citrix Web site exclusively for customers. Your Solution Advisor can guide you through the registration process or even register on your behalf. Register Now.
2. Order—Upon completing the simple online registration process, your Solution Advisor will place your order, referencing your ELP registration number.
3. License key delivery—You will receive an e-mail notification from Citrix with a link to retrieve your entitlements from the secure Fulfillment area of MyCitrix.com.
4. Download—You may download your licenses and—if you selected electronic download as a delivery option when you placed your order—your new software.

**Remember that all eligible purchases made within 3 years of the initial order qualify for the earned discount. Maximize your Citrix spend by encouraging colleagues to log in to My Citrix. Your organization’s personal Enterprise License Program site has all the information they need to leverage your discount and benefits.

Subscription Advantage
Most Citrix software licenses are perpetual. Subscription Advantage is Citrix’s program for providing software updates to customers. For Citrix software products, the initial year of Subscription Advantage™ is included for products purchased under the Enterprise License Program. After the first year, renew Subscription Advantage on any or all of your entitlements in order to continue receiving software updates.
