Steps to Become Citrix Ready

The most important step in qualifying to join the Citrix Ready program is successfully completing the Citrix Ready verification process.  In order to verify your product with Citrix Ready product you will need access to evaluation copy of Citrix software (including an evaluation license and online download of software).

Step 1   To acquire evaluation licenses of Citrix software, you can join our Citrix Ready Technology Member Program.  Upon entry into the program, you will gain access to download Not-For-Resale licenses. If you already have access to Citrix software, you may skip this step.

Step 2 Download the desired software via My Citrix.  Generate Citrix license files using the evaluation/NFR web keys following the process described in this blog.

Step 3 Determine the Citrix verification test kits best suited for your product testing.

Step 4 Test your product’s integration with Citrix products using the provided test kits and record your results. If you do not have an in-house Citrix lab or servers, Citrix provides an online Citrix Ready Virtual lab for partners to test their software - at no cost.

The Citrix Ready Virtual Lab is an online lab designed to allow Citrix ecosystem partners easy access to an online lab environment to verify their products for the Citrix Ready program. The online lab environment offers a preconfigured Citrix lab that meets the requirements of certain Citrix Ready verifications.  

Step 5 Submit your verification tests for Citrix validation by email to the Citrix Ready team.

Step 6 The Citrix Ready team will review your test results and email you with a validation of your successful tests.

Step 7 Once approved, the Citrix Ready team will notify you of your successful validation and invite you to fill in the online application form.  

Step 8 Upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the agreement, the Citrix Ready team will approve your application and you will receive a Welcome email detailing your next steps to take advantage of all program benefits.

Step 9 Upon entry into the program, you will receive access to the Citrix Ready area on My Citrix. Your logon information will be emailed to you upon acceptance. My Citrix is a private partner portal and requires a password and logon to access. From the Citrix Ready area on My Citrix you will have access to all of the marketing and technical benefits available to you through the program.  You will also receive access to Citrix Ready Web content management tool where you will able to enter your Company information and product information on the Citrix Ready Online Catalog.
