Citrix XenApp provides multi-user access to Oracle applications. This is accomplished by configuring XenApp to host Microsoft Internet Explorer. This configuration allows users to launch a published Internet Explorer session and access Oracle applications via the Windows client, while leveraging the benefits of using both application suites. Improve Scalability Through XenApp Virtualization
How much scalability overhead can you expect with your Oracle applications? Citrix has conducted scalability and performance assessments to determine the specifications and best practices for two major Oracle enterprise-class applications—Siebel 8.0 and PeopleSoft 9.0, running on XenApp (both 32-bit and 64-bit platforms) and virtualized by XenServer.
