All customers with active support or maintenance agreements as of the first day of the event, all partners who have registered for Summit, Citrix technology professionals (CTP) and Citrix certified professionals.

Hands-on Learning Labs
This year you have a chance to expand on the content covered at TechEdge with hands-on experience. The Citrix Technical Support Escalation Team has assembled several cross-product troubleshooting scenarios involving XenApp, XenServer and XenDesktop. The scenarios will provide attendees with an opportunity to get hands-on experience with custom and third party utilities under the guidance of the  troubleshooting experts. Stay tune for more information on the Hands-on Learning Labs and how you can register for this limited seating event.

Our history
TechEdge, the new name for Citrix Support and Engineering Institute of Technology (CSEIT), started nine years ago as a small in-depth troubleshooting training event for Support agreement customers. As the Citrix Application Infrastructure environment has become more complex, so has the need to provide practical troubleshooting training not only to our support and appliance maintenance customers, but to our partners as well.  Over the years, this event has grown from 50 customers to over 300 customers and has become the event for troubleshooting your Citrix Application Delivery environment.
