We have improved our services by:
- Enhancing the Online Reporting and Tracking Tool via My Citrix
- One-on-one meetings with a Customer Service Representative to review your account information at Citrix iForum and Citrix Summit
- Adding a new menu item called CSN Assignment to the SAMRI menu. Citrix Solution Advisors provide a valuable service of assisting you in keeping your subscription current. You can use the partner assignment functionality to assign all your subscriptions to your current Citrix Solution Advisor. Visit My Citrix for further information.
