Subscription Advantage Program Support

Licensing

Learn what activation codes, machine codes and product codes are, and where they can be found, using the Citrix Management Console (CMC) and the Technical Support Knowledgebase. Get assistance setting our feature release on your Citrix Management Console (CMC) or removing duplicate licenses.

As a customer, you have access to MyCitrix.com, which offers easy access to the Citrix Activation System (CAS), Subscription Advantage Management Renewal Information System (SAMRI), and Customer Web Self-Service (WSS). Our trained agents can assist you in navigating through the site. If you are a new user, simply visit MyCitrix.com and click on the New User link. If you forgot your login and password, Customer Service can help you get this information quickly.
Administrative Support
Customer Service can answer your general questions regarding technical support service agreements, such as when your service agreement will expire. We can also generate an array of comprehensive reports. Our team can quickly process an incident and connect you with the Technical Support team. If your company does not have a technical support agreement, our team can help you with different options ranging from the Citrix Knowledgebase to the Solutions Forum.
Order Confirmation
Customer Service will ensure that our shipping department meets your needs for product, evaluation copies, media kits, etc. every day. Our team will guide you on how to order products, replace damaged products or handle incorrect shipments. Customer Service can also update you on the status of your shipment and help you track the package and order processing date.
